Jessica Tarlov and Jesse Watters engaged in a heated exchange regarding her proposal to resolve the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
During a segment on The Five, Fox News liberal commentator Jessica Tarlov ignited controversy among her co-hosts with her comments about former President Donald Trump and her suggestions for addressing the ongoing war in the region.

The discussion escalated as the panel examined Trump’s strategy for the Gaza Strip, with Jessica advocating for the President to permit Palestinians to relocate to the United States until the reconstruction of Gaza is complete.
“Let’s be clear, the two-state solution that many have sought for years remains elusive, and I fear it will continue to be so. Numerous individuals have attempted to achieve this, including Tony Blair, who devoted his career to the cause but ultimately could not succeed,” she stated
“I do not have a superior solution at this time. However, I recognize that the current situation is untenable, particularly for the neighboring Arab nations. It is evident that they are unwilling to accept these individuals,” she added.

“The former Prime Minister of Jordan described this as a declaration of war on the Arab populace. If he truly cares about humanitarian issues, then he should facilitate the resettlement of those 2 million people here in the U.S., which is under his jurisdiction. I’m simply saying that we cannot impose these individuals on other countries,” Jessica asserted.
Co-host Dana Perino interjected, “But other nations have expressed their willingness to assist. The Albanians have said, ‘We could help,’” to which Jessica responded, “They might take a few, but we are discussing 2 million people.”
Jesse Watters then humorously suggested, “Spread them out. Perhaps some could go to Greenland.”
In response, Jessica retorted, “If you want to…”This topic received extensive media attention. It is possible that he has been contemplating this for some time, and there may be significant contracts on the horizon. However, the crux of the matter is that one cannot simply — Jessica interjected once more.
In reply, Dana stated, “I must intervene. I apologize. Firstly, on today’s ‘Call Me Back’ podcast featuring Dan Senor, he and Rich Goldberg discussed that Donald Trump reportedly watched the entire video from October 7 on Monday. This is not a situation where he is merely thinking, ‘I can’t wait to establish my hotel there.’
What about the compassion for the Palestinian people from others? No one seems to be advocating for them.” The Five panel was engaged in a discussion regarding the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
“But if you are the one who intends to come in and rescue everyone, shouldn’t you also invest some of your resources?” Jessica asserted, reinforcing her argument.
“We have provided more funding to Gaza than any other nation—” Jesse remarked, but was interrupted by his liberal co-host.
“But what are you doing for the good people? I understand that Gaza has been infiltrated by terrorists. I have viewed a considerable amount of the footage from October 7.
I have not seen the entire video,” Jessica acknowledged, adding, “However, you cannot demand that all neighboring countries accommodate millions of individuals they do not wish to accept.”
“Then you are acting as the world’s enforcer. You would be intervening and contradicting every commitment you made during your campaign. I never claimed I wanted to—” she continued.
“So what should we do, allow them to exist in ruins and foster animosity towards Westerners and others?” Jeanine Pirro interjected, to which Jessica responded, “You cannot compel Jordan to open its borders.”
“This situation requires the Arab world to take responsibility. It is a wise approach,” Jeanine suggested in an effort to calm the evidently tense discussion among the panelists.
“It is not about coercing Jordan or an…The discussion concluded with Jesse making a subtle remark directed at Jessica, stating, “Rather than saying, ‘No, we can’t,’ Jessica, let’s adopt the mindset of ‘Yes, we can.’”
