Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner allegedly said he wanted to make a Josef Fritzl-style dungeon in his home.
Brueckner, the 43-year-old paedophile suspected of abducting and murdering Madeleine 13 years ago, said he wanted to create the dungeon in his cellar, a friend has claimed.
The suspect allegedly said he wanted it built with soundproof walls- but there is no evidence to suggest he ever followed through with his idea.
The friend, who wished to remain anonymous, told the Sun : “He had a cellar and he said he wanted to line it with heavy plates, like the guy in Austria.”
