They say college is where people discover themselves. For Meghan Markle, it might’ve been where she invented herself.

In a bombshell expose that’s rocking royal watchers around the world, several of Meghan’s former college friends have come forward — anonymously — with shocking claims about the Duchess’s college years. And let’s just say, the Meghan we’ve seen on Oprah may be a far cry from the Meghan they remember.

“She used to say, ‘I’m going to marry rich. I want to be royalty,’” said one former dormmate, who claimed Meghan would “practice walking in heels while balancing books on her head” to perfect her posture. “We thought it was a joke. Now we’re not so sure.”

Another friend recalled wild parties where Meghan allegedly rehearsed mock interviews and gave herself “fake duchess training” after a few too many cocktails. “She always played the role — whether it was the polished girl next door or the humanitarian-in-the-making. But there was always a performance behind it.”

Perhaps most jaw-dropping are the alleged notebooks — journals Meghan kept about her “future public image,” including detailed plans for a global platform, media presence, and even “marriage goals.” One entry reportedly read: “Smart like Grace Kelly, global like Diana.”

While none of the alleged friends were willing to go on record by name, the claims have ignited yet another wave of questions around Meghan’s authenticity — and whether her rise to royalty was part of a long, carefully crafted script.

As usual, Meghan’s reps have declined to comment — but the internet isn’t waiting.
